How long does it take to charge my Blend Buddy?

Thanks to our wireless fast charger, it takes only 2 hours to charge it to full.

How many uses can I get from one charge?

You can expect to get up to 15 uses on a single charge.

Can I blend ice and frozen fruits?

You absolutely can! Our blades are designed to be able to withstand these ingredients.

What's included in the box?

When you purchase Blend Buddy, you will receive:

  • Blend Buddy bottle
  • Wireless Charger
  • Top lid
  • Blender charge unit

- GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays).

Your package should be shipped out within 48 hours after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 7~25 days from the date of shipment.

 

- WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?

- HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU ANSWER MY QUESTION?

We answer emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a email.

 

- CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff usually pack and ship your order asap, so it's not always possible to process address change requests.

However, if you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

 

- I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us with your name and order number for further assistance.

 

- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipping out, you will receive an email notification. Simply go to the link Track My Order and input your Order number and Email to see where your package is. Or on our website Track Your Order
